Lean, Process & Project Manager
What will you do?
At bpostgroup, we don’t just deliver letters and parcels – we deliver opportunities. As part of our key strategic objectives, we are looking for a Lean, Process & Project Manager. You will provide behind-the-scenes support for the end-to-end operation of our manned PUDOs (post and parcel points) and contribute to smoother processes, robust analyses and efficient internal collaboration.
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Management, Key Account Management, Project Management teams and other internal stakeholders.
Your mission
- As Lean, Process & Project Manager, you are the driving force behind optimising our processes and supporting the manned PUDO activities within PP & PPC. You provide insight, structure and project-based follow-up that take our service delivery to the next level.
- In concrete, this means that you:
- Analyse the internal ticketing system: you identify trends, recurring issues and regional areas of concern, and translate these into concrete action plans.
- Proactively formulate recommendations for internal partners (such as AMs and KAMs) regarding the actions required on the ground — you initiate; they execute.
- Manage projects from start to finish: from analysis, planning and coordination to implementation and monitoring of results.
- Carry out data analyses that help improve the performance of post offices and parcel points.
- Streamline processes and propose optimisations based on insights to increase efficiency and quality within the organisation.
- Play a crucial role in internal communication: you keep the various teams involved informed and aligned.
- Be ready, in time, to progress to the role of senior project manager, where you will also be responsible for a team that manages, among other things, stock levels and back-office tasks — including people management and process development for the PUDO operations.
Who are you?
You combine analytical insight with project management skills and a natural drive to make processes smarter.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with software, reporting and/or data analysis, preferably within retail or a similar operational context.
- Is highly analytical and adept at making connections based on figures and trends.
- Has a network within bpost or can quickly find their way around the organisation — a commercial flair is a bonus.
- Has experience with project management and can independently oversee projects from start to finish.
- Communicates effectively internally and involves stakeholders in decisions and actions in an informal yet professional manner.
- Communicates in Dutch, French and English — perfection is not required, but understanding the second national language is a must in this environment.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and has relevant experience.
- Has the ambition to eventually progress to a role with team responsibility.
What do we offer?
Like a long-awaited parcel, we want to make you feel welcome and valued. Our offer includes a competitive monthly salary, that goes without saying. On top of that, you can count on:
- Meal vouchers of €8 per working day
- Hospitalization-, group- and disability insurances
- A phone subscription, including 25GB data
- A flexible renumeration plan, which allows you to customize your own benefits. A company car, bike leasing, public transportation, extra days off,... the choice is yours
- Possibility to enter the Federal Mobility plan
- Work/life balance, thanks to flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home
- 20 days of statutory leave and 7 additional extralegal days off
- An end-of-year and performance-based bonus and double holiday pay
- Many benefits from more than 100 bpost-partners
