Lead the rollout of one of the fastest-growing logistics networks in Belgium

Within our Out-of-Home (OOH) delivery activities, bbox (parcel lockers) play a key role in how customers receive and send their parcels today and tomorrow.

To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Project Manager Bbox who will take ownership of a strategic program with a direct impact on our network, partners, and customers.

As Project Manager Bbox:

• You lead the national rollout and optimization of the bbox network
• You manage multiple project leaders and administrative functions, with a strong focus on quality, timing, and budget
• You build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
• You actively contribute to broader cross-functional OOH initiatives

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and efficiency
• Prioritize work in an environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Contribute to improving project quality and efficiency
• Lead and coach a team of project managers
• Develop their competencies
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Build strong relationships with partners
• Continuously improve processes
• Contribute to cross-functional projects (City Infrastructure, bbox boutique, OOH onboarding)
• Report on progress and results

• Experience in project management (multi-project environment)
• Leadership skills and coaching mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with rapidly changing priorities (agile mindset)
• Analytical thinking and pragmatic approach
• Good communication skills (NL/EN), knowledge of French
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Driving license B
• Experience in infrastructure or network projects
• Technical knowledge or background
• Affinity with logistics or e-commerce
