At Bnode, we are looking for a Chief PMO to partner directly with our Group Chief Commercial Officer and play a central role in shaping and delivering the commercial and strategic agenda of the organisation.

This is a highly visible position operating at the heart of the Commercial & Strategy function, with regular exposure to the Executive Committee and Board. Combining elements of Chief of Staff, strategic programme leadership, business transformation and executive advisory, the role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of the company.

Your Impact

As Chief PMO, you will drive strategic alignment, execution excellence and governance across key commercial and transformation initiatives.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic transformation programmes across commercial, operational and innovation domains.
• Drive the annual strategic planning cycle, ensuring alignment between business priorities, budgets, execution plans and performance outcomes.
• Develop and challenge business cases, investment proposals, growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Support the identification, prioritisation and delivery of innovation initiatives, including digital and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality strategic, operational and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare Executive Committee and Board-level materials, translating complex topics into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
• Establish and maintain effective governance structures, ensuring timely follow-up of key decisions, actions and strategic commitments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CCO, providing structure, challenge and support on strategic priorities.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Consulting, Chief of Staff or Business Leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programmes and organisational transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior executive leadership.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• High levels of autonomy, resilience, pragmatism and attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English.
