As Senior Solution Design Manager, you are part of the central Paxon Solution Design & Pricing team, a group of logistics and solution design experts. Our purpose is to strengthen local teams by building group-wide knowledge, developing tools and providing consultative support for high profile or complex projects. You will report to the Head of Solution Design and Pricing.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SD & Pricing tools to support local teams.
• Develop and maintain SD & Pricing standards and guidelines.
•  Develop and deliver training programs, tool onboarding, SD methodology workshops, and capability building across regions.

• Support Local teams with complex data analysis and solution designing.
• Building a central knowledge backbone
• Develop a strong peer network to maximize gains from collaboration.
• Prepare and lead solutions presentations to different client stakeholders, including executives as well as site operators.
• Support implementation teams on designed solutions.
• Support local improvement initiatives with global expertise.
• Capability to assess the financial health of a project.
• Partner with experts and external Solutions Integrators to stay informed about market developments that suit our business.
• Deliver innovative designs for new contracts and renewal opportunities that enable Paxon to profitably grow our business.

Work Experience and Education

• 10+ years of proven experience in a similar engineering role and/or high level of operational experience in a distribution, fulfillment or 3PL environment with a high level of interest to process design and technology
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in supply chain, solutions engineering, business development within contract logistics
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent experience gained through relevant professional practice.
• Ability to travel upon request up to 20-25% - travel is related, but not limited to, site tours and/or client meetings/presentations
