To support the next phase of our capacity & yield management strategy, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Capacity / Yield who can operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.

As Senior Project Manager Capacity, you will maximize the profitability and utilization of OOH assets (lockers & parcel points) by transforming analytical insights into end-to-end strategic projects.

Your role sits at the intersection of revenue optimization, capacity planning, and strategic project management.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

• Lead complex projects related to OOH network capacity and profitability, from initial scoping through implementation.
• Structure business problems, define priorities, and establish a clear roadmap for each initiative.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment between operations, commercial, and finance teams.
• Ensure effective project follow-up, respect of timelines, and achievement of defined objectives.

Capacity & Revenue Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the utilization of lockers and parcel pickup points.
• Analyze revenue and margin structures to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Contribute to capacity allocation decisions in order to maximize asset profitability.
• Assess the financial impact of strategic options and support capacity investment decisions.

Capacity Planning & Management

• Develop capacity planning models aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Anticipate demand evolution and adjust capacity strategies accordingly.
• Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions to improve operational and economic efficiency.
• Continuously monitor network utilization and performance.

Data-Driven Analysis & Decision Making

• Conduct in-depth analysis of network utilization and channel performance.
• Translate analytical insights into clear and actionable strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor capacity usage, revenue performance, and margins.
• Contribute to improving the analytical tools and methodologies used within the team.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Capacity, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Data teams.
• Support decision-making by bringing a structured and business-oriented perspective.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across different levels of the organization.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and alignment of teams around shared objectives.

• Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, revenue management, or capacity management
• Strong problem-structuring and analytical skills
• Ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
• Experience in revenue optimization and profitability analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of capacity planning and demand forecasting techniques
• Affinity with pricing and yield management strategies
• Strong ownership mindset and sense of responsibility
• Ability to structure and defend well-reasoned arguments
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages: Dutch, French, and English
