To support this ambition, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Electrification to lead strategic projects that will shape the future of mobility and renewable energy within our organization. In this role, you will manage a network of more than 300 buildings and spearhead the rollout of one of the largest electrification programs in Belgium, actively contributing to the realization of a climate-neutral logistics chain.

You will report directly to the Head of Energy Transition and collaborate closely with teams across Real Estate, Fleet, Projects & Infrastructure, and Engineering.

Your Mission

As Senior Project Manager Electrification, you will:

·        Lead and oversee electrification projects such as EV charging infrastructure, solar panel installations, and other renewable energy initiatives.

·        Develop and implement strategies for energy transition, including long-term plans for charging networks and green energy integration.

·        Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, ensuring compliance with MV/HV standards, cabling, and substation requirements.

·        Manage project leaders and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

·        Ensure strong project governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

·        Promote sustainability and innovation, integrating best practices and emerging technologies into project delivery.

We are looking for someone who brings both leadership skills and technical expertise to the table.

·        A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering or a related field.

·        Experience in project management (6+ years), ideally in electrification, energy or infrastructure projects.

·        Knowledge of medium/high-voltage systems, switchgear and cable calculations (Caneco is an advantage).

·        Strong organisational and administrative skills for project management.

·        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and motivate teams.

·        Fluency in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.

·        Familiarity with electric vehicle charging solutions and renewable energy projects is an advantage, but not essential.
