Team Coordinator social Workers
What will you do?
- As Team Coordinator Social Workers, you play a pivotal role in implementing and promoting the workplace well‑being policy within bpost. You provide hierarchical leadership, coaching and development to a team of 12 social workers, ensuring process quality, operational efficiency and strong collaboration across departments.
- Your responsibilities span preventive actions, psychosocial risk management, support in critical incidents, guidance on sensitive cases, and translating strategic directions into concrete actions. You stimulate cross-functional cooperation, ensure clear communication, and drive continuous improvement and organisational change within your team.
Who are you?
- You hold a master’s degree in Human Sciences (or equivalent through experience) and have at least five years of relevant experience.
- You bring strong leadership and coaching skills, solid analytical and decision-making capabilities, and the ability to set clear priorities.
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of workplace well‑being legislation, harassment and psychosocial procedures.
- Discreet, emotionally resilient and solution-oriented, you manage sensitive and complex situations with professionalism.
- You are proactive, innovative, flexible (critical‑incident availability) and comfortable working in a transforming organisation.
- Excellent command of French and Dutch as well as a valid driving licence B are required.
