In this role, you support the daily operational management and optimization of our out-of-home network by providing comprehensive reports. . You ensure clear, data-driven insights that improve capacity usage and operational performance in the long term. You are the link between our central data team and our operational teams, making you the link between data and business. You are able to understand and foresee business needs to translate these into data-driven insights, while ensuring the availability and quality of data. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

For this position, a strong experience and knowledge of Excel (including advanced features such as PowerEditor), PowerBi and other reporting tools is required. Some basic understanding of business operations are required to ensure that the data is properly used and that insights can be extracted.

Data analysis and profitability insights

• Conduct analyses to provide insight into the impact of asset usage (lockers and post points) presenting key KPIs for strategic decision-making. 
• Create reports based on business needs ensuring their sustainability as well as the integrity of the data by collaborating with central data teams and business stakeholders 

Stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration

• Serve as a bridge between the data, operations, and commercial teams, aiming for alignment and improvement in theusage of our out-of-home network.
• Support multidisciplinary projects, providing clear insights into operational challenges and their impact on the company's ambition.

Process improvement

• Identify operational improvements based on daily steering data and develop proposals that contribute to efficient capacity management.
• Propose innovative methods for capacity and cost optimization, both short-term and long-term.

Presentation and visualization of results

• Develop visually impactful presentations that present meaningful insights to stakeholders while ensuring the integrity of the data
• Communicate analyses clearly, making complex operational and financial data understandable for various teams.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a role as a Business/Data Analyst (minimal experience 2-3 years) or as a consultant in a related branch.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and visualization; experience with PowerPoint for preparing management presentations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate the impact on the business.
• Experience working with operational teams and ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clearly conveying insights and analyses to various stakeholders.
  Knowledge of English & French is a must, Dutch is an asset
