As part of the STACI Group and sister company of Pixel Inspiration Ltd, a market leader in digital signage in the United Kingdom, we have a solid foundation to expand our activities in the Benelux region.

To support this growth, we are looking for an outstanding colleague for the position of Digital Backoffice Support (m/f/x).

Your role

• You are the first point of contact for our clients for all their questions: you proactively check that all systems are active and online and assist clients with their support requests.
• You support installers and project managers with smooth administrative order processing, accurate inventory management, and effective communication.
• You manage content and create playlists of files that our clients want to display on their network screens.

• You have an affinity for, or at least a strong interest in, digital signage communication.
• You are a “digital native”: you enjoy exploring new developments and are constantly looking for new digital applications and technologies.
• You can communicate in Dutch, French, and English, both by phone and by email, to provide support to clients.
• You are curious, enthusiastic, and naturally positive.
• You can work independently and organize your work, while being a good team player.
• You are pragmatic and solution-oriented.
• On the administrative side, you like to have everything organized down to the last detail.
• You communicate easily and effectively.

• Salary package: We offer a full-time permanent contract. The salary range for this position is €2,500 – €3,000, depending on experience and proven expertise. Your package also includes meal vouchers of €7.48/day, a smartphone with subscription, hospitalization insurance (with the option to cover family members), a remote work allowance, and the possibility of a bike lease.
• Work-life balance & holidays: We work with flexible working hours in a 37/39-hour week. In addition to annual leave, there are 12 ADV days, 3 sectoral holidays, and one extra holiday for every 5 years of seniority.
• Remote work is allowed two days per week (after a training period), but we also look forward to welcoming you at the office (Doornpark 57 – 9120 Beveren).
