IT Domain Manager (Sender Platform)
What will you do?
As IT Domain Manager for our Sender Platform, you will lead the strategic and operational oversight of IT systems that power sender-facing logistics, mail, and parcel services. Your mission: ensure our platform delivers exceptional performance, continuous innovation, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape a robust, future-ready platform. Beyond applications, you’ll unlock the potential of vast data flows, transforming raw information into intelligent, scalable solutions. Operating at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and innovation, you’ll guide your team to build a platform that doesn’t just support our business, it redefines it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Leadership: Own the end-to-end IT strategy for the Sender Platform, aligning technology with business goals.
- Platform Management: Oversee the lifecycle of applications and services used by senders (e.g., label generation, pickup scheduling, sender portals).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between IT and business teams, translating needs into actionable IT solutions.
- Architecture & Design: Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof designs.
- Project Oversight: Lead or support key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage external partners and service providers involved in platform development and maintenance.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and ensure continuous improvement of platform performance and user experience.
