Your mission: 

As a Senior Project Leader at bpost, you will be part of the Project Management Infrastructure team. Within this team, you will take on a variety of projects:

• Renovations
• Expansions
• Furnishing of offices and operational sites
• Technical roll-out projects in the field

Some projects are strategic, others more operational — but all of them have a visible impact.

 You will be involved from start to finish:

•  Needs analysis & feasibility studies
•  Drawing up technical specifications
•  Managing tenders
•  Coordinating construction sites
•  Monitoring budget / planning / quality
•  Reporting and continuous improvement

 In short: you will see your projects really come to life.

Your profile: 

At bpost, we deliver not just letters and packages, but also opportunities. This position is open to everyone with diverse backgrounds and talents, who possess the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or bachelor's degree in electromechanics in the building sector.
• Quick understanding of the organisation and its infrastructure project needs.
• Experience in construction or secondary development of commercial or utility buildings. Experience in the implementation of retail and logistics projects is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in several languages (French and Dutch).
• Team spirit, willingness to share experience and ability to collaborate easily.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with large companies and knowledge of processes is a plus.
