What will you do?

  • Manage a portfolio of diverse projects (small to medium scale), often urgent, cross-functional, and running in parallel.
  • Building, analyzing, and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics (KPIs) for various subject areas.Structure project requests from the outset: intake, scoping, prioritization, planning, and follow-up.Translate business needs into concrete, pragmatic, and efficient operational solutions.
  • Drive projects using relevant reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Analyze data to track progress, assess performance, and identify improvement levers.
  • Coordinate and engage a wide range of internal stakeholders with diverse profiles and objectives.
  • Maintain regular on-site presence to ensure alignment between strategy and operational reality.
  • Act as a proactive contributor in improving project management methods, processes, and tools.

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in project management within a complex and fast-changing environment.
  • Highly structured, organized, and analytical profile, with a strong affinity for numbers and data.
  • Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel while respecting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership and work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Resilient under pressure, patient, and able to arbitrate between sometimes competing interests.
  • Broad, transversal mindset with the ability to step back and avoid a siloed approach.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch.
