- Identify bottlenecks across our operational flow (throughout our sorting, transport and distribution domains) through data-driven diagnostics (cycle times, capacity analysis, throughput, on‑time performance).
- Investigate root causes of operational issues using structured methods such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone, KPI trend analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Design optimized processes that improve speed, reliability, and operational scalability.
- Lead improvement initiatives on a national and local level, using project (eg. Prince2) & continuous improvement frameworks (eg. DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen).
- Implement operational standards and process & project governance, including SOPs, quality controls, and workflow documentation.
- Report and communicate on the progress and status of ongoing projects towards the operational leadership teams.
- Monitor operational performance using logistics-specific KPIs (sorting accuracy, stop efficiency, drop density, lead time, failure rates) and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with operational sites, delivery units, and product tribes to align improvements, secure adoption, and deliver measurable impact on service and cost.
