Ops. Excellence Process Engineer (Process & Quality) - COE E2E Product & Process Enablement
What will you do?
- The CoE E2E Product & Process Enablement is organized by product group, ensuring focus, commitment, and specialization. This is complemented by an E2E process and quality cell and a Training & Enablement team. In addition, the CoE is responsible for the overarching management of the transformation portfolio and oversees a pool of project staff.
- The CoE acts as the access point to MPO, in other words as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the product tribes, commercial organization, APM, Retail, subsidiary stakeholders, etc. – both from the product dimension and the E2E process perspective. The CoE continuously promotes E2E thinking about products and processes – from customer to end user – in both directions – starting from (new) requirements and expectations through to delivery execution. It acts as the guardian of customer experience/satisfaction and of user and employee satisfaction (efficiency and quality).
- The CoE operates in a matrix structure with the national functional domain pillars, with the main points of contact being the Domain Capability Owners (co-creation) – who report via a dotted line to the CoE – and fosters collaboration within and across domains, supported by shared objectives and KPIs. The CoE is the driving force behind E2E optimization and prevents silos and domain-specific sub-optimization within bpost MPO. The CoE also works closely with Performance & Profitability along the E2E product dimensions for continuous improvement, lean management, and operational excellence.
- As an Ops Excellence Process Engineer, you are part of the E2E Process & Quality sub-team within the CoE, with a specific focus on process improvement related to E2E Process & Quality across all product groups and the entire E2E operations.
