The Order to Cash Process Expert is the business reference for all processes related to customer billing, from order to payment, including master data management. You actively contribute to continuous improvement, process security, and optimization, while participating in cross-functional and international transformation projects.
The role combines Order to Cash expertise, project management, and close collaboration with the business, with significant operational impact and a high degree of autonomy.

• Analyze end-to-end Order to Cash processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose, implement, and monitor process and procedure improvements.
• Act as an Order to Cash expert in internal and international projects (subsidiary onboarding, new products, automation).
• Advise business teams and contribute to solving complex issues.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of financial data.
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to simplify and automate processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions (new processes, tools, changes).
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and subsidiaries.

• You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 8 years of experience.
• You have proven expertise in Order to Cash (mandatory).
• You are familiar with financial and accounting processes as well as ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good command of English.
• You are autonomous, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.
• You enjoy analyzing, structuring, improving, and sharing your knowledge.
• You are a team player, curious, and proactive in making suggestions.
