Your Mission
As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will own and steer the entire commercial growth agenda for our 3PL business across Europe, UK and Staci Americas.
You will be the driving force behind revenue acceleration, margin enhancement, customer excellence, and commercial discipline — while empowering local teams with a “country‑led, group‑supported” model.
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role reporting directly to the CEO 3PL.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Driving international growth and margin quality
Lead the end-to-end commercial agenda across geographies, including strategic customer acquisition, complex multi-country RFQs, pricing discipline, portfolio focus, and executive-level negotiations. - Building a scalable commercial operating model
Define clear decision rights, governance, and performance cadence across countries, while empowering local teams to execute with accountability and speed. - Embedding a data-driven, customer-centric approach
Align sales, marketing, and customer success through clear KPIs, pipeline transparency, CRM discipline, and customer excellence initiatives that improve retention and lifetime value.
Who are you?
You are a senior commercial leader with the credibility and pragmatism to operate in a complex, international environment. You combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution and are comfortable building structure while delivering results.
Must-have experience and skills:
- 15+ years of senior, international B2B commercial leadership experience, ideally in 3PL, logistics, transport, or adjacent complex service industries
- Proven track record leading large, complex RFQs and enterprise negotiations
- Strong commercial finance and margin literacy, with disciplined pricing and deal governance
- Experience operating in multi-country, matrix environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong literacy in CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance dashboards
- Ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and change in decentralised organisations
- Executive presence and credibility with ExCo, boards, and C-level customers
Languages: Fluent English required; French, Dutch, or other European languages are a strong advantage.
