HR Data & People Analytics Manager

As a HR Data & People Analytics Manager, you develop and lead an integrated approach to people analytics, workforce planning and HR data management. You ensure that HR data is collected in a uniform, secure and strategic way and translated into insights that help move the organisation forward. You play a key role in embedding a data‑driven culture within HR and elevating the organisation’s analytical maturity.
You support the CHRO and HR leaders with sharp insights on talent, performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness, with the aim of increasing agility, efficiency and sustainable growth.
Your impact in this role:
- Strategic leadership & vision: Translate the company strategy into a clear people analytics and data roadmap.
- Data governance & quality: Bring HR data together and ensure quality, security and GDPR compliance.
- People analytics & insights: Make insights from HR data understandable and usable for the CHRO and HR leaders.
- Workforce planning: Support hiring and skills decisions with strong workforce planning and data.
- Leadership & team development: Lead a team and strengthen data skills among HRBPs and line managers.
- Collaboration & stakeholder management: Collaborate smoothly with HR, IT, Finance and Data teams to move projects forward.
Who are you?
- You hold a master’s degree.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning or data governance in an international context.
- You think in terms of data architecture and ecosystems: you don’t just build analyses, you build the foundation.
- Demonstrable experience with modern data architectures and data platforms: data lake / lakehouse, data warehouse, and concepts such as data mesh and data products.
- You can integrate HR data into the enterprise data ecosystem (e.g. via ETL/ELT, APIs), in collaboration with IT/Data teams.
- You communicate strongly and can present complex material clearly and convincingly.
- You are a change agent focused on collaboration, results and innovation.
- You speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
