As part of the STACI Group and sister company of Pixel Inspiration Ltd, a market leader in digital signage in the United Kingdom, we have a solid foundation to expand our activities in the Benelux region.

To support this growth, we are looking for an outstanding colleague for the position of Audio Visual Engineer (m/f/x).

Your role

As an Audio Visual Engineer, you will work both on the road with our van and at the office. You will visit clients for screen installation, configuration, and service support. You will also work at the office to operationally prepare interventions for clients.

Your Responsibilities

Field service

• Installation of new screens: Mount screens, connect the player and screen, and ensure cabling and network connection.
• Client interventions: Visit client sites when issues cannot be resolved remotely and fix them, for example by replacing equipment. Ensure players are brought back online.

Digital support

• Player configuration: Install and configure the software on the players that allows us to remotely control the screens. Follow a step-by-step plan and training from the software provider if necessary.
• Material management for interventions and installations: Ensure all required materials are ready before departure.

Warehouse owner

• Receiving new material: Carefully inspect incoming material and check for damages.
• Storage and warehouse management: Stock materials, record incoming and outgoing goods, and maintain structure and order in the warehouse.

• Handy and practical: Naturally skilled and able to mount brackets and install screens using a drill.
• Driving license B: Willing to travel several days per week across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg with our van. Enjoys being on the road and stays calm in traffic.
• Interest in digital signage: Quickly learns new software and has an interest or some experience with audio-visual systems.
• Communication: Easily connects with colleagues, clients, and suppliers in Dutch, and can manage in French when visiting locations in Wallonia.
• Team spirit: Enjoys working in a team and can raise topics when needed.

• Salary package: Full-time permanent contract. Salary range: €3,000 – €3,660, depending on experience and proven expertise. The package also includes meal vouchers of €7.48 per day, hospitalization insurance with the option to cover family members, and a smartphone with a subscription.
