Key Account Manager - STACI (Boom & Beveren)
What will you do?
Staci Belgium, part of the bpostgroup, is the specialist in Marketing Logistics & Field Service. We offer innovative, efficient, and tailor-made logistics and distribution solutions for B2B, B2C, D2C, and E-commerce. Our area of operation covers the entire Benelux for major brands such as Coca-Cola, AB Inbev, Suntory-Schweppes, D’Ieteren, BMW, and Johnson & Johnson.
To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a motivated and driven Key Account Manager. Are you a versatile and flexible organizational talent with a strong focus on customer satisfaction? Then we are looking for you!
As a Key Account Manager, you will have a challenging role. You contribute significantly to the further growth of our customers and organization. Everything revolves around understanding our customers, providing service, and optimizing our offerings.
You maintain and further develop current customer relationships.
You handle customer requests together with the customer service team.
You regularly analyze the service delivered to your customers based on KPIs and identify possible improvements and opportunities that benefit both the customer and Staci Belgium in the long term. You present and discuss these results one-on-one with your customers during business reviews.
You document results, action points, and outcomes from customer meetings and thoroughly discuss them with the customer service team for follow-up.
You monitor the budgets set.
You prepare quotations for new requests from existing customers and prospects.
You report directly to the Sales Director.
Who are you?
Passion for logistics and customer service with strong commercial insight
Good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
Full-time availability
Experience in a sales field role
Logistics experience is an advantage
Stress resistance, goal orientation, proactivity
Well-developed analytical skills
Willingness to commute between our two sites in Boom and Beveren
