Continuous Improvement Coach (Lean)
What will you do?

- As Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in improving how Landmark Global operates.
- You combine project-based experience, Lean methodologies and process knowledge with a strong interest in IT and systems. This allows you to not only improve performance, but also build, lead and motivate a team that drives sustainable change.
- You act as a bridge between operations, IT, systems and stakeholders, ensuring that improvements are practical, embedded and scalable in an international environment.
- Kaizen Leadership:
- Define scope, objectives, and planning of Kaizen initiatives
- Prepare and facilitate Kaizen workshops using the right Lean tools
- Guide teams from analysis to action plan
- Coach teams and managers on Lean, root cause analysis, and KPIs
- Ensure implementation and sustainability of solutions
- Performance Management:
- Maintain accurate Lean KPI reporting
- Identify and escalate performance gaps
- Present clear insights on Lean initiatives and results
- Anchoring & Ownership:
- Embed solutions into daily operations
- Transfer ownership to the right teams
- Support continuous performance improvement
- Continuous Improvement Culture:
- Inspire a continuous improvement mindset
- Support change through hands-on coaching
- Capability Building:
- Deliver “Lean on the job” coaching and training
- Enable effective use of Lean tools
- Promote open communication and change readiness
- End-to-End Improvement:
- Support cross-functional process improvements
- Share best practices with regional Lean teams
- Align stakeholders across the value chain
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in an operational, logistics, industrial or service environment
- Proven project-based experience, with the ability to structure, lead and deliver improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of operational processes and Lean methodologies (Kaizen, root cause analysis, KPIs)
- Strong interest in IT, systems and data, with the ability to work with system owners and translate operational needs into practical solutions
- Experience in leading, building or coordinating teams, with strong coaching and motivational skills
- Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, able to engage both operational teams and management
- Proficient in MS Office and related tools
- Category B driving license
- English: fluent (mandatory)
- Dutch or French: fluent (mandatory)
- English + Dutch + French is a very strong asset
