Social Media & Branding Coordinator
What will you do?
Our 3PL business is accelerating its growth across the Benelux and beyond. To strengthen our market presence, sharpen our brand, and amplify our commercial story, we are looking for a Social Media & Branding Coordinator who understands how to translate operational excellence into compelling, credible content.
This role sits at the intersection of branding, content, and performance marketing in a complex B2B logistics environment.
Your Role
As Social Media & Branding Coordinator, you will own and execute our social media and branding strategy across markets, ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
Managing and growing our online presence through daily posting, community engagement, and brand interaction
Creating high-quality content including posts, articles, visuals, videos, and campaign assets tailored to the 3PL and logistics ecosystem
Coordinating the content and social media calendar across countries and business units
Ensuring brand consistency across all channels: digital, print, presentations, events, and commercial materials
Collaborating closely with operations, sales, and customer success teams to showcase case studies, service capabilities, and operational excellence
Planning and managing paid social campaigns to support lead generation and commercial initiatives
Monitoring KPIs and performance analytics, translating insights into continuous improvement
Managing relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other partners when required
Who are you?
2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or branding
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B environments is a strong advantage
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills, with an eye for brand positioning
Solid understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience engagement
Comfortable working with design tools and social media scheduling / analytics platforms
Able to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and project-management skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus
