International Business Development Coordinator
What will you do?
At bnode, our 3PL business is expanding rapidly across Europe. We partner with leading brands in sectors such as fashion, cosmetics, food, and e-commerce to design and deliver high-performance logistics solutions.
To support this growth, we are looking for an International Business Development Coordinator who will play a key role in driving lead generation, market intelligence, and commercial activation across multiple countries.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the heart of our commercial engine, working closely with sales and marketing teams to generate opportunities and strengthen our go-to-market approach.
What you will do?
Lead generation & campaign coordination
- Coordinate multi-country mailing campaigns targeting prospects and existing customers
- Structure and manage monthly newsletters, including content planning and distribution
- Support and evolve our “Potential for the Future” commercial programme
Market intelligence & content
- Develop industry-specific content across sectors such as cosmetics, fashion, food, pet, and nutrition
- Create and manage industry newsletters and targeted messaging
- Conduct market mapping and analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
Tools & performance management
- Coordinate and optimise CRM and lead generation tools across countries
- Track and report on campaign performance and pipeline generation (e.g. via Microsoft Dynamics)
- Continuously improve lead generation strategies based on data and insights
Commercial alignment
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to align on targets and priorities
- Support countries in strengthening their lead generation approach and conversion funnel
- Act as a connector between central and local teams to maximise commercial impact
Who are you?
Who are you?
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or commercial coordination
- Experience in logistics, fulfilment, omnichannel or e-commerce environments
- Exposure to sectors such as cosmetics, fashion, food, pet, or nutrition is a plus
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads or sales meetings
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and countries
- Fluent in English; Dutch, French or German is a plus
