Experience is a plus, but your mindset and motivation are much more important! We make sure you get the right training, as long as you show the will to learn.
You have at least a secondary education diploma and are willing to obtain certificates for banking and insurance mediation (we help you with this!). You want to keep learning and growing in the financial world.

A gross monthly salary of at least €2.806 (depending on your relevant experience)
A variable salary of 5% based on your results, and a yearly non-recurring bonus based on company performance
