Domain Lead – US/Cross-Border Eurasia (Logistics)
What will you do?
We are seeking a senior leader to take on the pivotal role of Domain Lead within our ICT organisation, working closely with the Cross-Border Eurasia business unit. This is a strategic, high-impact position at the heart of our international operations, bridging the worlds of technology and business across multiple geographies including Belgium, UK, France, China, Hong Kong, the US, and Canada.
This role requires equal comfort in the boardroom and on the ground — from engaging with C-level executives to collaborating with operational teams and external partners. You will lead a talented, largely autonomous team, guiding strategy and execution while fostering strong relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership – Align the domain’s priorities with business strategy, driving value creation for Cross-Border Eurasia.
- Business partnering – Act as ICT’s senior representative in business forums, including the Cross-Border Executive Committee, providing strategic insight and operational guidance.
- Delivery excellence – Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget control.
- Team leadership – Lead around 10 direct reports plus offshore partners (c.15 FTE), empowering experts to deliver and grow while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder engagement – Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders (executives, managers, operators) and external partners (vendors, carriers, technology providers).
- International collaboration – Coordinate activities across multiple time zones; occasional travel to key hubs in Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Innovation & transformation – Introduce technology-driven innovations, streamline processes, and drive a customer-centric approach to solution delivery.
- Vendor & partner management – Lead selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight for key technology partners and suppliers.

Experience
- 10+ years in ICT leadership roles with a strong track record of delivering strategic value across international markets.
- Proven success in leading cross-border operations and technology initiatives in Belgium, UK, France, China, Hong Kong, the US, and Canada.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and offshore delivery partners in complex, high-impact environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships.

Languages
- Fluent in English (essential for international coordination and executive engagement).
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset for collaboration within Belgium and France.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese) are a plus for engagement in China and Hong Kong.
