As Director HR Strategy, Workforce & People Analytics, you are the key player in ensuring optimal staffing levels – every day and with an eye on the future. You are responsible for both short-term workforce planning (who delivers the mail and parcels tomorrow?) and long-term strategies around skills, talent development, and organizational design. You ensure that bpost always has the right people and competencies, today and tomorrow.
- Workforce management from A to Z: You oversee the entire workforce planning, from daily staffing to strategic long-term planning. You ensure a seamless alignment between operational needs and the development of skills and talents, keeping bpost future-proof.
- Organizational design & skills matching: You build an organization ready for the challenges of tomorrow. You translate business goals into an agile structure and ensure the right skill development and talent matching.
- Director of strategic HR projects: You define, coordinate, and oversee all strategic HR projects within bpost. As chair of the HR Transformation Project Board, you have the overall view and keep a firm grip on progress. You ensure coherence, progress, and impact.
- Digital employee experience: You are the driving force behind the bpost4me platform and the digital employee journey. You integrate innovative tools and processes that enhance HR adoption and self-service.
- People analytics: You make data the beating heart of HR. With sharp analyses and dashboards, you drive impact, retention, and performance.
- Governance & collaboration: You lead the central HR Project Office, ensuring quality and compliance, and promoting collaboration across all domains.
Who are you?
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic HR management, workforce leadership, or transformation.
- A proven track record in successfully leading large-scale HR projects and change initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of workforce management, people analytics, and digital HR systems.
- Strong leadership, vision, and the ability to turn complex challenges into concrete results.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- A master's degree and a passion for innovation, data, and people.
