What will you do?
Your mission
bpost last mile BeNe is organized according to the ‘product capability model’. In the commercial teams structured around products, MPO (Mail & Parcel Operations) is represented by members of the Product & Process teams. They act as the single point of contact for MPO towards the commercial organization.
The Expert Process Owner B2B will capture operational needs related to product development within our B2B offering, translate them into operational E2E process designs, and coordinate with various process specialists across different domains (Sorting, Fine-Meshed Distribution, Logistic Platform Distribution and Transport), both in terms of process design and implementation. The B2B offering within bpost focuses on the role and integration of our current and new services within the supply chain process of our large business customers
Coordination with other MPO colleagues such as Network & Flow, as well as with IT and digitalization teams, is also part of the role.

Your tasks
- You conduct in-depth analyses of our existing end-to-end processes within MPO, with attention to cost-benefit and market trends, to see where they might fit with customer requirements.
- You work actively on tailored solutions and operational offerings, which enable our customers to become more efficient and cost-effective in their supply chain needs.
- You think out-of-the-box, delivering business cases on new services and implementations, in close collaboration with our B2B sales colleagues.
- You coordinate the implementation of improvement plans within our operational departments and coordinate the introduction of supporting processes and tools.
- You measure and monitor process quality to propose targeted optimizations.
- You identify and analyze risks that may affect process efficiency and reliability.
- You act as an expert in strategic projects and ensure alignment with the broader organizational context.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience and operational expertise in logistics.
- An analytical, process-oriented and critical mindset.

- Extensive experience in change management, project management and process analysis & mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Dutch and French, with strong proficiency in English.
