What will you do?

At bnode, we are undergoing a fundamental transformation to become a leading international logistics and digital solutions provider. At the heart of this ambition is a shift towards a product- and capability-driven organisation, enabling scalable, data-driven and customer-centric execution across all entities.

To drive this transformation at group level, we are looking for a Group Digital Transformation Lead. This is a high-impact Executive-level leadership role within our Digital & Technology organisation, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer.

In this role, you will act as the orchestrator of our digital operating model, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology execution and organisational design across the group.

Your role

  • Define, evolve and drive adoption of the group-wide digital operating model, based on a product- and capability-driven approach
  • Ensure alignment across business units and entities, balancing global coherence with local flexibility and varying maturity levels
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior and executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and embedding the operating model into governance and planning
  • Lead the transition towards cross-functional, product-oriented teams, in close collaboration with business, IT and support functions
  • Shape and drive governance frameworks, portfolio management and prioritisation, aligned with strategic objectives
  • Own and steer the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring progress, managing dependencies and addressing risks proactively
  • Translate strategy into clear narratives and actionable plans, driving communication and change across the organisation
  • Lead and develop a team of transformation managers and agile coaches, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Who are you?

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and operating model design within complex, international organisations
  • Proven track record of implementing product- and capability-based models at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively without direct authority
  • Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategy into execution
  • Solid understanding of governance, portfolio management and organisational change
  • Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for different audiences
  • Fluent in English, with French and/or Dutch as a strong advantage
