What will you do?
At Bpost, learning is a strategic lever for transformation and sustainable performance.
As a Learning Partner, you play a key role at the intersection of the business, people, and future skills.
You translate strategic business challenges into concrete, high-impact learning solutions aligned with day-to-day operational reality. In close collaboration with managers and HR teams, you design and steer development journeys that strengthen a growth mindset and directly contribute to Bpost’s performance and agility.
As a strategic sparring partner, you combine vision, expertise, and pragmatism—making learning a true engine for change.
Your role
As a Learning Partner, you will:
- translate the strategic objectives of your business domain into concrete learning and development objectives;
- analyse learning needs based on business insights, data, KPIs, and discussions with management and HR;
- design impactful, innovative learning solutions that fit operational reality;
- lead and coordinate learning projects end to end, together with HR, managers, experts, and external partners;
- act as the Learning & Development point of contact within your domain and build buy-in with all stakeholders;
- manage timelines, budget, quality, and the impact of learning initiatives;
- actively follow trends, technologies, and innovations in Learning & Development and translate them to the Bpost context.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master’s degree.
- You have at least 8 years of HR experience, with clear expertise in Talent Development / Learning & Development.
- You have a strong understanding of learning concepts and a range of learning methodologies.
- You have experience in functional leadership of teams.
- You have proven experience launching and coordinating (learning) projects.
- You are comfortable working with internal clients and managing stakeholders.
- You have experience with LMS platforms, online learning solutions, and AI applications in learning.
- You work effectively with a variety of learning providers and apply process-improvement techniques.
- You have strong project-management skills and good knowledge of Office tools.
- You have excellent command of the second national language and a good knowledge of English.
