As a Learning Partner, you play a pivotal role at the intersection of business priorities, talent development, and future skills.
As a trusted Learning & Development expert, you advise, challenge, and support business leaders and HR teams in identifying critical capabilities and preparing the organization for future challenges. You translate strategic ambitions into impactful learning solutions that drive performance, foster a growth mindset, and enable organizational agility.
Combining business acumen, learning expertise, and a strong understanding of emerging trends and technologies, you help shape the future of learning at Bpost. Through close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you build alignment, influence decision-making, and position learning as a key enabler of transformation and success.
Your role
As a Learning Partner, you:
- act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Learning & Development for business leaders and HR partners;
- identify current and future capability needs and support the business in anticipating workforce and skills evolution;
- translate strategic business objectives into impactful learning and development initiatives;
- analyze learning needs through business insights, data, KPIs, and stakeholder consultations;
- design and implement innovative learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact and support operational realities;
- lead and coordinate complex learning projects end-to-end, working closely with HR, managers, subject matter experts, and external partners;
- build strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders and ensure alignment between business priorities and the learning strategy;
- influence and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize the impact of learning initiatives;
- monitor quality, timelines, budgets, and learning effectiveness to ensure successful delivery;
- stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and innovative learning methodologies, translating them into opportunities for Bpost.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master’s degree.
- You have at least 8 years of HR experience, with clear expertise in Talent Development / Learning & Development.
- You have a strong understanding of learning concepts and a range of learning methodologies.
- You have experience in functional leadership of teams.
- You have proven experience launching and coordinating (learning) projects.
- You are comfortable working with internal clients and managing stakeholders.
- You have experience with LMS platforms, online learning solutions, and AI applications in learning.
- You work effectively with a variety of learning providers and apply process-improvement techniques.
- You have strong project-management skills and good knowledge of Office tools.
- You have excellent command of the second national language and a good knowledge of English.
