Senior project manager workforce management

Your mission:

As a Senior Project Manager Workforce Management, you will lead impactful projects that transform the way bpost deploys its workforce. From optimizing staffing needs to improving planning for temporary and permanent employees, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. Projects may vary from small initiatives to large, complex processes connecting multiple departments and services. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration and aligning teams to achieve shared goals.

You will report to the Head of the Labour Market Intelligence Cell and collaborate closely with teams across bpost to improve and streamline processes, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Your profile:  

We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:  

·        Project management expertise: At least 5 years of experience leading projects, preferably in workforce management, HR, or a related field.

·        Coordination skills: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams and departments.

·        Strategic and detail-oriented thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture while diving into details when needed.

·        Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch/French and English.

·        Solution-oriented and adaptable: Ability to switch between various projects and find the right solution in any situation.
