Senior learning design expert

Your mission:

Are you driven by the challenge of creating innovative, technology-enabled learning experiences? In this role, you will design and develop exceptional learning solutions across multiple platforms and audiences.

·        Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts and business teams to understand learning needs and translate them into tailored learning solutions. Support teams through the process and ensure alignment with business requirements.

·        Develop innovative Learning Solutions: Design and deliver learner-centered content using tools such as Cornerstone, Goodhabitz and Edapp. Focus on creating impactful and inclusive learning experiences for diverse audiences.

·        Support Operational Needs: Act as a key contact (SPOC) for learning requests, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the implementation of new the LMS systems and tools.

·        Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and analytics to refine learning solutions and ensure they remain effective and relevant in a dynamic environment.

Your profile:

·        Hands-on experience in Learning & Development within a corporate environment.

·        A solid understanding of learning tools and technologies, combined with sound and innovative instructional design to enhance learning experiences for diverse audiences.

·        A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, combined with a sound sense of urgency and critical mindset to challenge stakeholders and create impact together.

·        Proficiency in Dutch or French, with a passive understanding of the other language. English proficiency is a plus.

·        Analytical, creative, flexible and collaborative. 

·        Passionate about staying up to date with advancements in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technologies.
