Your mission:
Are you highly analytical, always spotting opportunities for improvement, and passionate about taking processes to the next level? Then we are looking for you!
As a Project Manager HR Processes, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing our HR processes.
· You map out our current processes, analyze them, and propose improvements.
· With your sharp eye and strong listening skills, you are able to identify bottlenecks.
· You consult with various stakeholders across the organization. Thanks to your strong negotiation skills you turn your improvement proposals into concrete results.
· You are a strong communicator: you know how to get people on board with your ideas and report clearly on the progress, results, and impact of improvement projects.
· Process optimization is your passion — in a constantly changing environment, you continuously seek greater efficiency and improved quality.
You will report to the Head of the Labour Market Intelligence Cell.
Your profile:
We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:
- Project management expertise: At least 3 years of experience leading projects. You will be working on HR processes, so if you have experience in workforce management, HR or a related field that’s a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Stakeholder management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams and departments.
- Detail-oriented thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture while diving into details when needed.
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written in Dutch/French and English.
- Solution-oriented and adaptable: Ability to switch between various projects and find the right solution in any situation.
