Senior Solution  Manager Parcel Lockers

Your mission

As part of the bpost strategy, bpost is investing in a significant growth in parcel lockers.  Not only from the amount of Parcel Locker and Parcel Locker types machines but also in terms of services /products offered  As a Senior Solution Manager Parcel Lockers  you will actively participate in key strategic business initiatives to create new services for our parcel lockers

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·       Many of the new services and products currently being developed at bpost will use our Parcel Lockers.  As Solution Manager Parcel Lockers you will be part of the various project teams that are creating new services/products.  You will attend (as SPOC from the Parcel Locker team)  meetings with various levels of stakeholders  and provide a clear framework regarding the capabilities of our Parcel Lockers. You ensure that the main objectives, cost estimate and timing of the requested changes are well-defined and realistic. Together with development product owners you will discuss the priority and ensure a delivery of the request changes within time, quality and budget.

·       You will manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       You have a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of our parcel lockers, both from a process and technical perspective

·       You actively manage (within an agreed framework) the priorities and timelines and budget of the agreed solution for new Parcel Locker services / products

Your profile

·       Master degree or equivalent experience

·       At least 5 years of relevant work experience

·       Excellent command of the English language

·       Experienced manager with strong analytical and communication skills

·       Entrepreneurial mindset

·       Decisive with a strong drive for innovation

·       Ability to quickly translate new conceptual business ideas into larger ICT features

·       Experience working with agile teams

·       Flexible and dynamic

·       Capable of maintaining a helicopter view

·       Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance between realism and out-of-the box thinking

·       Teamplayer with excellent collaboration skills

·       Will act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for several key strategic projects

·       Able to work effectively in a matrix organization

·       Possesses the maturity to set priorities (not everything is equally important)

·       Strong process and project management skills
