As the Digital Product Owner for the mybpost app, you'll be leading the charge in turning our digital dreams into user-friendly realities. Your role is crucial in steering the agile journey and ensuring we deliver top-notch solutions that go beyond meeting customer expectations.

• Guiding Vision: Develop a clear roadmap for the mybpost app, merging business needs with tech innovation seamlessly.
• Agile Leadership: Lead agile teams with a prioritized backlog, making sure sprints run smoothly and deliver impactful results.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams – from business managers to developers and testers – breaking down barriers for effective collaboration.
• IT Delivery Oversight: Direct IT delivery teams at both functional and architecture levels to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout development, ensuring each feature genuinely adds value for our users.

Who are you?

• Education: Hold a master's degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mobile app development and agile methodologies (SAFe or Scrum).
• Experience: Bring over 7 years of experience in delivery management, with at least 5 years in an agile environment.
• Soft Skills: Possess an entrepreneurial drive, a "think possible" mindset, and the ability to inspire teams towards customer obsession and excellence.
• Technical Skills: Understand IT tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro), mobile app technologies and architecture.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and at least one local language, with exceptional communication abilities to align teams and stakeholders.
