Your mission:
Be responsible for the functional analysis, technical design, coding, documentation, maintenance, and optimization of system architecture and new applications in compliance with the current standards and norms of the department. The goal is to deliver systems and applications that meet bpost’s needs while ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness across the organization.
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, thin clients, virtual desktops, and mini-PCs.
- Handle the installation of new software and hardware, including operating systems and applications.
- Manage and report on Windows patching.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Handle user account management and second-line O365 support.
- Resolve end-user requests and incidents according to SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with a lead engineer to identify and implement improvements in desktop environments.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and controls, and proactively monitor for potential threats.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and CMDB records in accordance with asset and configuration management policies.
Your profile:

- Understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, GPO, Intune, SCCM, Windows patching.
- Knowledge of creating and configuring Intune system policies.
- Experience with kiosk mode setup.
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Knowledge of Azure authentication, compliance, Defender, and other O365 products is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication with end-users is part of the job, so knowledge of Dutch and/or French is desirable.
