Your Role as Manager International Transport Road
As Manager International Transport Road, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Landmark Global’s international road transport network, ensuring its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high performance. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities—from procurement to operational optimization—while building strong relationships with partners and leading a dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities
Transport Optimization:

•  Analyze and improve road transport operations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
• Design efficient road transport routes and oversee daily operations to ensure quality and punctuality.
• Report on performance metrics and implement corrective and proactive actions when needed.

Procurement and Supplier Management:

• Lead tenders and negotiate contracts with road transport providers, adhering to Belgian and European procurement regulations.
• Secure optimal price/quality service agreements and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners worldwide to establish and maintain road transport agreements.
• Ensure accurate and complete data flows for all international road transport activities.

Team Leadership and Financial Oversight:

• Manage and mentor a team of road transport planners, fostering their professional growth.
• Verify road transport invoices with the Finance department and address discrepancies with suppliers.

Your Profile
We are looking for a people-oriented leader with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a knack for optimizing processes.
What You Bring:

•  A master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, and transport regulations.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to build and maintain networks across diverse teams and cultures.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Flexibility, resilience under pressure, and attention to detail.
