Your Role
As Manager International Transport Road, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing Landmark Global’s international road transport operations. From procurement to process innovation, your work will ensure we deliver outstanding service across borders while fostering meaningful partnerships and driving team performance


Key ResponsibilitiesTransport Optimization

•  Analyze and refine road transport operations to boost efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design optimized transport routes and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure punctual, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement proactive improvements
• Procurement and Supplier Management
• Lead contract negotiations with transport providers, adhering to procurement regulations
• Secure high-quality services at competitive rates and maintain strong supplier partnerships
• Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the go-to contact for internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate globally to establish and maintain road transport agreements
• Ensure accurate, streamlined data flows for all international transport activities
• Team Leadership and Financial Oversight
• Mentor and guide a team of transport planners, fostering growth and collaboration
• Coordinate with Finance to verify invoices and address supplier discrepancies

Your Profile
We’re looking for an experienced logistics professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
What You Bring:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or transport operations
• Expertise in procurement processes, logistics, and European transport regulations
• Strong leadership and people management skills to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing processes.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English to communicate effectively across cultures.
• Resilience under pressure, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to challenges
