Program manager

Your mission:

You will be responsible for setting up, structuring, and coordinating initiatives that are part of the digital roadmap of bpostgroup. These programs have significant impact and involve medium- to long-term timelines. In this role, you will be part of the PMO, and will reporting directly to Sarah Vanderheyden.

Your main responsibilities will include:

·        Designing program scope, objectives, governance, and control mechanisms.

·        Developing macro-level planning and ensuring realistic milestones.

·        Monitoring program outcomes to achieve organizational and customer impact.

·        Facilitating timely decision-making in collaboration with senior management.

·        Proactively managing risks across financial, technical, and organizational domains.

·        Coordinating the use of people, expertise, and technical resources.

·        Embedding a digital mindset through data-driven decision-making and innovation.

·        Driving organizational change by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your profile:

·        Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects, ideally within a digital context.

·        Strong strategic insight with the ability to structure and prioritize effectively.

·        Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to align multidisciplinary teams.

·        A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.

·        Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
