To support this transformation, the Parcel Locker team is looking for a Business Analyst with a great business understanding who knows how to translate data into actionable insights and process improvements.

Your role

You’ll be the analytical backbone of the Parcel Locker team – building and improving dashboards, identifying bottlenecks, and helping various stakeholders understand what the numbers are really telling us. You’ll also help define and optimize internal processes, in close collaboration with teams across operations, facilities, sales and IT.

Tasks and responsibilities

Reporting & dashboarding

•  You design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports, mainly in Power BI;
•  You help build a clear reporting framework for operational and management reporting;
•  You identify issues based on the data and formulate clear messages for senior management;
•  You summarize financial and operational performance and make results easy to understand.

Process analysis & improvement

•  You map out current business processes, together with internal teams;
•  You facilitate workshops and meetings to align on processes and spot inefficiencies;
•  You contribute to the documentation and optimization of these processes;
•  You suggest improvements and track their impact over time.

Strategic thinking & change

•  You have a conceptual view: process – problem – solution;
•  You help shape our transformation and change management initiatives, based on data;
•  You don’t code yourself, but you understand how data flows, what you need to get results and how to communicate these needs to the developers.

Your profile

•  4–5 years of experience in a role such as business analyst, supply chain analyst, reporting analyst or strategic transformation;
• Comfortable working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment with technical, operational and strategic profiles;
•  Excellent Power BI and Excel skills. Experience with Tableau is a plus;
•  Strong in PowerPoint and storytelling with data;
•  Able to work independently and present your findings in a concise way to senior management;
•  Strong affinity with process thinking, documentation and workshop facilitation;
•  You have experience within change/transformation projects and stakeholder management;
•  You are fluent in English; and have a very good level of Dutch and/or French.
