Senior Process Analyst

Your mission

In this role, you are responsible for:

•       Managing the entire financial budget and reporting for the Out Of Home (OOH) Delivery channel (parcel lockers, post points, parcel points).
•         Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and drawing up financial reports for management.
•         Managing the purchase order process and the self-billing invoicing with suppliers.
•         Supporting the team in monitoring KPIs and optimizing financial processes.
•         Delivering ad hoc analyses and reports to support strategic growth.

Your profile

We deliver not only letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This role is open to people with diverse backgrounds and talents who have the following skills:

·        You have a master’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in a financial position.

·        You are highly analytical, precise, and have a hands-on mentality.

·        You are skilled in Excel and Power BI.

·        Good communication skills in Dutch or French and in English.

·        You are communicative and enjoy working together in a dynamic environment.
