UX Design Lead

Your mission:

With a main focus on Research and concept design, your role will be instrumental in creating intuitive and innovative digital product solutions. Your designs will elevate user satisfaction and deliver results across multiple platforms & devices.

User Research and Design Development:

·        Conduct design research and co-creation workshops.

·        Develop design principles, personas, scenarios, journeys, requirements, and user stories.

·        Translate insights into UX concepts, wireframes, and user flows.

·        Create prototypes, from sketches to interactive digital tools.

·        Plan and conduct usability testing and expert evaluations.

Collaboration and Communication:

·        Interface with clients, facilitate meetings, and ensure vision alignment.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to transform insights into user-centric products.

·       Participate in pitches and business development activities.

Agile Development:

·        Work within agile software development projects, turning design concepts into real products and services.

·        Iterate and enhance design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

Professional Development:

·        Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Your profile:

·        You have a diverse design portfolio showcasing work across various platforms and devices.

·        You are proficient in using a range of design prototyping tools.

·        You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

·        You excel at communication, serving as the bridge between our clients and internal teams.

·        You are analytical, with a relentless pursuit of solutions and a data-driven mindset.

·        You are naturally collaborative, adept at working with diverse stakeholders.

·        You can balance the needs of both Bpost Group and our end users and customers.

·        You are skilled at conducting engaging workshops and brainstorming sessions.
