The work regulations describe your rights and duties as an employee and give information about the nature of your work, your working hours and your leave. It also contains information about your pay, the end of the employment relationship, union representation, supervision by the federal public services, wellbeing at work, privacy, occupational illness and occupational accidents.
The GDPR employee declaration contains full information about the use of your personal data. It contains the general principles, the categories of personal data that are processed, the goals and legal grounds of the processing, information about data retention, the sharing of data with third parties, international transfers of personal data and your rights.
The bpost code of conduct embodies the values that we want to inspire our people every day and that lay the foundations for an integrity-based corporate culture. It contains the general stipulations, and information about employment relations, commercial relations, personal data and confidentiality, communication and how bpost fulfils its role in society.
