Senior Process Analist - Automation Specialist
As a Process Analyst, you play a key role in optimizing and improving processes within the organization. You analyze, improve, and support the implementation of processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Your responsibilities
1. Analysis and mapping of existing processes
- Analyze and map Business As-Is processes
- Identify starting and ending points, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Describe process steps, lead times, and roles (RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)
- Monitor and follow up on process performance indicators
2. Continuous process improvement
- Support Process Owners in identifying improvement opportunities
- Propose and implement preventive and corrective actions
- Participate in process audits and provide your expertise
- Collect and analyze relevant data (KPIs, SLAs, incidents, etc.)
3. Process development and implementation
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new processes
- Support the development of implementation plans
- Participate in defining new functionalities (e.g. process automation)
- Assist in the implementation of ICT tools (testing, scripting, validation)
4. Risk management
- Identify and assess risks related to processes
- Implement appropriate mitigation actions
- Provide operational support in incident and problem management
5. Documentation and communication
- Draft and maintain process documentation
- Ensure the dissemination of procedures and best practices
- Monitor compliance with processes within teams
- Collaborate closely with Process Owners and managers
Education and experience
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Language skills
- Strong command of French or Dutch
- Good command of English
Technical skills
- Solid expertise in:
- Process analysis and process mapping
- Business process reengineering
- Process documentation
- Good understanding of business data
- Proficient in IT and office tools
Specific for ICT environment
- Good knowledge of ITIL or Prince II methodologies
- Understanding of IT processes and environments
