Junior Account Manager
Wat ga je doen?
- Maintain and grow client portfolio revenue
- Manage existing contracts, ensure yearly contract renewals, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Monitor competitor activities and proactively address potential threats to Landmark Global’s business with each client.
- Ensure customer loyalty through excellent relationship and contract management
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. Provide proactive commercial support, ensure smooth contract execution, and collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Customs,…) to continuously improve the customer experience on the long term.
- Drive digital engagement and CRM excellence
- Demonstrate strong interest in digital solutions and data-driven client management. Use CRM tools effectively to track interactions, analyze customer behavior, and support internal targeted communication and service strategies.
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Leverage your close relationship with the clients and prospects and understanding of their decision-making structure (DMU) to detect leads and opportunities. Share these insights with the management within Landmark Global
- Act as a brand ambassador for Landmark Global
- Use your in-depth knowledge of Landmark Global’s products, services, and processes to promote tailored solutions that bring real value to your clients.
Wie ben jij?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a Sales and or Business Development position in the Postal and or E-commerce sector.
- You are a born communicator and can adapt yourself to different target groups.As a result of your excellent communication you built easily good relationships and partnerships.
- You have a strong interest in digital solution and CRM excellence.
- Strong knowledge of the second national language (Dutch or French) and good command of English.
- You have a profound knowledge of selling techniques and experience with long and complex sales cycles.
- You own your work: independent, proactive and hands-on with a focus on results. For this you set the right priorities and use a pragmatic approach in combination with a critical mindset.
- You show sound judgment & diplomatic capabilities to navigate through confidential and sensitive matters.
