Everyone starting their career at bpost joins a big, diverse family. They all have their own unique story, strengths and ideas. It’s something we embrace and want to highlight. We do that in our 100% respect campaign.

Our ‘All unique, all bpost’ slogan stresses the importance of everyone having the space to be themself, whatever their origin, gender, inclination or age. Respecting each other and our environment makes a big difference here.

Christophe Vanden Eede, Director Talent Management at bpostgroup, explains: “We ask our people to show 100% respect to everyone. Respect is not about having to adapt your convictions or customs to those of other people. It is about being open to people who are different, who think differently or act differently. Listening to different points of view and being open-minded."

Every single day we strive to create and maintain an inclusive, respectful working environment in which everyone feels appreciated. To achieve this, we are able to count on the engagement of around 90 colleagues who volunteer for various diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives alongside their regular duties.

One of those initiatives we are really quite proud of is XandY, a bpost community that brings together and inspires female managers, among others, and helps them hold their own.

 

As a female senior manager, Anette Böhm, Chief HR Officer at bpostgroup, is fully aware of the importance of diversity and inclusion: “At bpost you can realize your potential while being yourself; it’s your talent that makes a difference. To create an inclusive culture we want everyone to feel that they are supported, that they are listened to and that they are inspired to make the most of what they have.”
