Sr Key Accountmanager Parcel Locker
What will you do?
- Within the
Partner Network team, we build partnerships with both local businesses,
major retail chains, and public sector entities to expand our network of
Parcel Lockers.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, onboarding, and growing partnerships with large retailers, supermarket groups, and public organizations such as transport operators, municipalities, and real estate agencies.
You combine hunting (developing new strategic partnerships) and farming (expanding and optimizing existing ones) to create long-term collaborations that strengthen our national Out-of-Home delivery network.
Your Impact - Hunting: Proactively prospect and engage decision-makers within large retail chains and public institutions. Build compelling value propositions around customer convenience, accessibility, and sustainability.
Deal-making: Negotiate framework agreements (commercial, operational, legal) and close scalable, multi-site or multi-city partnerships.
Onboarding & rollout: Manage the full rollout process — from pilot to large-scale implementation — including site selection, sizing, business case, planning, and coordination with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Implementation, Marketing). - Farming: Strengthen existing relationships through regular business reviews, performance follow-up, and joint development plans. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional locations, larger lockers, or co-branded initiatives.
Public partnerships: Collaborate with regional and local authorities (e.g. transport companies, municipalities, mobility hubs) to integrate lockers within public infrastructure and urban mobility projects.
Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between partner C-levels, public decision-makers, and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment and governance
