Transversal Lead Brand & Marcom
What will you do?
As Lead Transversal MarCom & Group, you drive a portfolio of high-impact brand and communication initiatives across the group and Bene Last Mile. You operate at the intersection of Brand and MarCom, ensuring alignment between strategy, campaigns and execution, and delivering consistent, high-quality communication across markets and channels.
You play a key role in shaping the group’s brand visibility, reputation and long-term value by providing direction, governance and structure to transversal initiatives, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Your role
- Define, together with Brand and MarCom leadership, the vision, roadmap and operating model for transversal communication initiatives across the group
- Establish governance, decision-making frameworks and quality standards to ensure consistency and impact across all markets and touchpoints
- Own and prioritise a portfolio of brand and MarCom initiatives including campaigns, content, events and strategic projects
- Align planning, budgets and resources based on strategic priorities and business impact
- Coordinate across teams and markets to balance global consistency with local flexibility
- Define and monitor KPIs related to brand performance, communication effectiveness and business impact
- Identify risks, dependencies and optimisation opportunities across initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Brand, MarCom and business stakeholders
- Influence and advise senior stakeholders including marketing and sales leadership
- Manage external partners such as agencies and suppliers
- Contribute to innovation by identifying trends, driving new approaches and improving the overall communication ecosystem
- Support the development of scalable frameworks, tools and governance to strengthen and protect the group brand
Who are you?
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, communication or brand/reputation management
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to structure and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience in portfolio management and leading multi-channel communication programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at senior leadership level
- Strong storytelling, communication and analytical capabilities
- Solid expertise in branding, campaign planning, content and channel management
- Experience in reputation management or crisis communication is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong asset
