Program Marcom Lead
What will you do?
As Program MarCom Lead, you are responsible for structuring, leading and delivering a portfolio of strategic marketing communication programmes across Bene Last Mile and group-level initiatives. You translate business priorities into impactful communication programmes and ensure their effective execution through strong governance, resource allocation and performance management.
You operate at a senior level, aligning communication initiatives with corporate strategy, brand positioning and commercial objectives, while ensuring consistency across channels, markets and stakeholders.
Your role
- Define and drive the multi-year MarCom programme roadmap aligned with corporate, brand and commercial strategies
- Translate business priorities into structured communication programmes and campaign platforms
- Ensure alignment between Bene Last Mile initiatives and group-level priorities
- Own and manage the MarCom programme portfolio, including campaigns and cross-channel initiatives
- Prioritise initiatives based on strategic value, business impact and resource availability
- Ensure integration and consistency across programmes, teams and stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes and quality standards
- Allocate budgets, resources and capabilities across the programme portfolio
- Define and monitor KPIs related to communication performance, brand impact and programme effectiveness
- Act as a senior communication partner to executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice on communication positioning and reputation topics
- Build alignment and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Lead, coach and develop a team of MarCom professionals
- Strengthen capabilities in programme management, campaign strategy and stakeholder management
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative and ownership-driven culture
Who are you?
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, communication or reputation management
- Strong strategic mindset with proven experience in structuring and leading complex communication programmes
- Solid experience in portfolio management and multi-channel communication environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Strong storytelling, analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Experience in branding, campaign strategy, content and channel management
- Familiarity with reputation management or corporate communication is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong asset
