Cloud Network Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Network Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex National & International network solutions that meet both current and future business needs.

Your mission:

As a Cloud Network Solution Architect, you will ensure that Cloud Network & Security infrastructure aligns with strategic goals and delivers cost-efficient, performant, secure, and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for:

· Ensure that Cloud Network & Security industry best practices are met

· Evaluate new technologies & products, and provide recommendations to improve Cloud Network infrastructure

· Develop detailed design documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

· Participate to the elaboration of the Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for the Cloud (Network & Security) / Backbone infrastructure, supporting Bpost in its digital transformation

· Lead the deployment and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

· Automate and provide re-usable IaC code to Business units

· Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide advanced support to resolve them

· Present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Your profile:

We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:

· 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a network architecture role.

· Relevant experience of cloud Network & Security solutions (AWS, Azure) is a must

· Relevant experience with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a must

· Experience of SDWAN/SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) legacy solutions (Cisco/Forti SASE) and SaaS (Zcaler, Cloudflare, Netskope) is a strong asset

· Knowledge of the main Zero Trust concepts is a strong asset (ZTNA, SWG, FwaaS)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations

· Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

· Preferred Certifications: Cloud Network & Security certifications is a nice to have
