Your mission:

As a National Organization Expert, you will play a crucial role in adapting and organizing delivery routes for the Distribution departments on a national scale. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these routes align with reorganization directives and new operational requirements. Key responsibilities include:

·        Developing and communicating reorganization guidelines, evaluating their impact, and ensuring follow-up.

·        Supporting and following implementation of new distribution process in routes planning application (Georoute).

·        Analyzing routes data’s and simulating the impact of new distribution process

·        Monitoring and resolving operational challenges related to route adjustments and resource allocation.

·        Documenting and presenting clear directives to stakeholders while providing necessary training.

·        Evaluating the impact of changes on operational units and ensuring adherence to strategic goals.

Your profile:  

We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:  

·        Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in route planning and forecasting.

·        Experience in distribution, or a related field.

·        Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools to manage data effectively.

·        Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.

·        Ability to lead teams through operational changes with clear communication.

·        A solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for process optimization.
