As a Digital Learning Lead, you are responsible for shaping and optimizing Bpost's digital learning ecosystem. You ensure that our learning platforms and digital learning solutions support the development needs of employees, the Central Academy and the technical academies.

You combine a strong interest in Learning & Development with expertise in Learning Technology, LMS, LXP and Digital Learning. Acting as the bridge between learning needs and technology, you contribute to creating a future-oriented, user-friendly and impactful learning experience across the organisation.

What will you do?

Lead our digital learning ecosystem

• Manage and continuously improve our LMS, learning platforms and digital learning solutions.
• Translate learning needs into functional requirements and platform enhancements.
• Ensure consistency, governance and adoption of the learning ecosystem.

Advise stakeholders on learning technology

• Partner with Learning Partners, academies and project teams.
• Recommend the most suitable digital learning solutions for business needs.
• Coordinate testing, implementation and successful roll-out of new functionalities.

Contribute to HR digital transformation

• Represent Learning & Development in HR digital projects.
• Assess impacts on learning platforms and translate them into concrete actions and requirements.
• Collaborate with business, HR and digital teams to deliver sustainable solutions.

Drive learning innovation

• Monitor trends in Learning Technology, LMS, LXP and Digital Learning.
• Explore innovative solutions and assess their value for Bpost.
• Promote continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Who are you?

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Corporate Learning.
• Experience with LMS, LXP or other Learning Technologies.
• Experience in Digital Learning, E-learning or Blended Learning.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project delivery.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of learning methodologies and learning technologies.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Languages

• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge FR & NL.
