Cyber Program Management Lead (CISO)
What will you do?
Bnode is strengthening its Group CISO Office and is looking for an experienced Cyber Program Management Lead to help drive the execution of our Group cybersecurity strategy.
As the right hand of the Group CISO, you will play a central role in turning cyber strategy into action. You will own and coordinate the Group Cyber Plan, maintain oversight of key priorities, risks and dependencies, and ensure that cybersecurity initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across our international organisation.
Working across the Group and its Business Units, you will bring together cyber strategy, programme execution, governance, risk, communication and performance management. You will provide senior leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make effective decisions and accelerate the reduction of cyber risk across Bnode.
Your mission
Drive cyber strategy and transformation
- Own and continuously maintain the Group Cyber Plan.
- Coordinate execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the Group and Business Units.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies and key deliverables.
- Translate strategic cyber priorities into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Identify potential obstacles and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
Coordinate governance and executive decision-making
- Organise and coordinate Cyber SteerCos, CISO meetings and other key governance forums.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, dashboards and decision papers.
- Provide clear visibility on progress, priorities, risks and areas requiring management attention.
- Ensure effective action tracking, follow-up and reporting across the cyber agenda.
Maintain oversight of cyber risk and compliance
- Maintain an integrated view of key cyber risks, issues and remediation plans.
- Coordinate cyber risk reporting and regulatory follow-up.
- Work closely with cyber risk, security and compliance stakeholders to ensure priorities and remediation actions remain on track.
Strengthen cyber awareness and communication
- Lead the Group Cyber Awareness Programme.
- Coordinate cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training and communications across the organisation.
- Help translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear and relevant messages for different audiences.
- Promote a strong and sustainable cybersecurity culture across Bnode.
Drive budget and performance management
- Coordinate cybersecurity budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
- Support cybersecurity investment planning and the development of business cases.
- Help ensure resources and investments remain aligned with the Group's cyber priorities.
Who are you?
You are an experienced cyber, transformation or programme management professional who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive execution in a complex organisation.
You bring:
- Around 10 years or more of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk, audit, consulting, transformation or programme management.
- Proven experience leading complex programmes or transformation initiatives, ideally within cybersecurity or another technology-driven environment.
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risk and relevant regulatory frameworks, including NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA and GDPR.
- Experience working across multiple teams, business units or entities in a complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to operate effectively with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organisational and reporting capabilities.
- The ability to bring structure to complex topics, establish clear priorities and drive actions through to completion.
- A proactive, pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French is an asset.
